Previously known as Avana Bakery, Premier Avana were instrumental in EC1 working again with M&S in 2006. Being asked to design, artwork and repro their character licence cakes in 2004 opened the door for EC1 to work alongside Marks and Spencer.

Based in South Wales the Avana factory only bakes for Marks and Spencer where all cakes are hand decorated and design concepts are created by a small in house team. With this team, EC1 offer a full and complete service for a fixed agreed cost including liason and meetings with Licence Holders. The relationship has continued since then and we are involved with other areas of the Premier Group such as Brookes Avana.
